OK…I tend not to Winterize. (Sometimes I wish I lived in a ONE climate neighborhood. I stripe in OH.)
I’ve let my Titan freeze. I’ve let water in the machine…from the last cleaning…freeze. I do not have a heated shop. Then…I get a good Winter indoor job. So…I make sure I get to pull into the warehouse…and…while I’m laying out the floor…my machine “un-freezes”…and I get to work.
    There’s a better way.
When you think you’re done…and I mean done…= finished for the Season…well…if you live in a FOUR season neighborhood…pick a method.
    1) Run Kerosene through the machine. Kerosene acts as a lube and it tends not to freeze…OR…
    2) Run some Anti-Freeze through the machine…or…just add some to the water you’re using… = easy.
    Go home.
    It can be that simple.
    I have a “Conventional“…I have a Titan Hydraulic…and I have a Graco Mechanical.
I like ’em all. None are for sale.
The Anti-Freeze seems to work nicely. Anti-Freeze…at least…placates my mechanic….something about the check balls and dissimilar metal corrosion.
    It’s not hard.
    I hope this helps.
    See ya.
