It sounds like you’re doing everything right.
I’m thinking…fluke.
I know…(3) times in a month does not constitute a fluke.
Sounds more like a developing pattern.
I couldn’t blame you if you became “gun shy”.
I would at least start looking at the next set of lines.
But…I must insist…it’s not old oil based paint.
That said…I don’t know. Let me know if anything new crops up.
