I have a project where the crack seal material was squeegeed over on the curb and the edge is a mess and not straight.  The client wants it removed to look straight and back off the curb.  The contractor squeegeed it about 3 inches onto the curb.  I would like to know how you removed excess crack seal months after it was placed.

If its on concrete just get a hand grinder and grind it off, go easy and you should be able to fade it right in. My guys slop sealer on sidewalks way to often and this is what I have them do. Its worked for us, You should consider some roofing tar paper in future, we cover as much as we can before hand and then go wide open, no mess,.... usually

I use a pressure washer, it usualy does the job, if that fails I try to get a good paint matched to the area thats messed up.

Hope this helps.

I am in need of a airless hand gun.
