Hey guy’s,

I’ve been owner operator of an asphalt truck for 3 years now and I’m thinking of starting up my own small paving business. On the side at first and hopefully phasing into it full time. I’ve seen the contractor’s paving crews doing the work hundreds of times but I’ve never really had any real instruction on how to price, prep, & pave so I was hoping some of you on here might be interested in helping me out with some step by step instructions on how you do a job from start to finish. I’m more interested in doing small jobs, driveways and small parking lots, some repair work and I was thinking of investing in an IR heater. Also, if anyone could tell me where a good place to buy supplies in Atlantic Canada is, that would be great too.

Thanks.
