i WOULD LIKE TO TRY ANOTHER SEALER BESIDES SEALMASTER OR BREWERCOTE I’M IN CHICAGOLAND AREA ANY ONE KNOW OF SOMETHING BETTER SEEMS LIKE BOTH OF THESE ARE GETTING WORSE EVERY YR!

Brewr and Sealmaster is the only ones I know of in Chicago. For more information on Gem Seal Call Harry Carter @ 404 696 7660. He would be the expert on all material in you area and nationwide.

What do you think of Vance brothers 80% coal tar and 20% asphalt. It this a good seal when mixture is to spec.

I don’t know exactly where your located at in the chicago land area. But there’s one in Lansing IL 60438 is the zip. And the supplier is called Pavement Maintenance.
